We have completed a detailed Strategy Plan for a Client setting up a Pay TV Joint Venture. The Project included conducting a demographic based research, detailed service rollout plan, and very high-level economic analysis of the financial returns. It also involved identifying potential joint venture partners and distributing agents.
We have conducted an in-depth study for a Telecommunications Operator, helping the Operator develop new policies and procedures, assist it in developing and implementing new business unit based Organization structure, helping it to streamline its major processes and introduced a performance management system based on the Balanced Scorecard concept.
For a Supply chain e-Business company, we have evaluated the market entry strategies in a number of countries, preparing a segment targeting strategy and advising on the tactical sale options in target countries, identifying potential local investors, through in-depth interviews across a range of supply chain delivery concepts.
We have assisted a client in evaluating the financial attractiveness of setting up a communications service provider business within Business/IT Parks, University Campuses. The project required assessment of our Client's overall strategy and operational requirements. The Project also involved carrying out a detailed financial analysis and valuation of the proposed joint venture.
