We go beyond just teaching, we operate as coaches and mentors for our Client's employees providing on-the-job skills transfer.

We have facilitated a Change Managemet Programme for a Client which involved a series of workshops, conducted in-house in areas such as Strategy, Vision and Mission Development, Teambuilding, Marketing, Finance, Human Resources and Operational Management. The output of the programme was a fully documented Change and Tranformation Programme, which has enabled the Company to become more Customer Focussed and Competitive organisation.

For a Postal Administration we have facilitated a 2 day Strategy Workshop for the senior government officials and administration staff. The objective was for the participants to understand the key issues and developments taking place in the industry, the major problems faced by the postal administration, the competitive threat faced from courier companies and other carriers. The output of the Workshop was a set of policy and strategic decisions together with action plans, which were to be presented to the Minister of Communications.

We have for a number of Clients, held facilitation sessions for the CEO and Top Management Team, to discuss and evaluate the Company's proposed Strategic, Business and Marketing Plans. These sessions have assisted in the implementation phases of these plans and also have drastically reduced the cycle times for approving of these plans.

We have structured a workshop centered on reviewing Strategy and Business case proposals for a newly formed joint venture company. The objective was to familiarize the new CEO and his Management team, of the key issues, evaluates the business case in order to agree on the critical success factors - strategic and operational and identify any major shifts required in the Business case.

We have carried out a on-the-job Market Research training programme for a Client, whose Marketing Department lacked the necessary Market Research skills. The programme resulted in three Market Research Studies being carried out in-house.
